1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the All Season Property Services website and the services we provide. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. All Season Property Services provides landscaping, snow removal, and outdoor property renovation services for residential and cottage properties across the Muskoka region and surrounding areas.

2. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates provided by All Season Property Services are complimentary and are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary depending on site conditions, material availability, and project scope changes. A written contract will be provided before any work begins, detailing the agreed scope, timeline, and cost. Deposits may be required to secure project scheduling and materials.

3. Services & Scheduling

All Season Property Services operates year-round, offering seasonal services including landscaping, excavation, stonework, dock installation and removal, pressure washing, and winter snow removal. Project schedules are subject to weather conditions, material availability, and permitting timelines. We will communicate any delays promptly and work diligently to meet agreed-upon deadlines.

4. Payment Terms

Payment schedules will be outlined in your project contract. For larger projects, progress payments may be required. Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur additional fees. Accepted payment methods include cheque, electronic transfer, and other methods specified in your contract.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Project cancellations must be communicated in writing. Work completed up to the point of cancellation, including materials ordered and labour performed, will be billed accordingly. Deposit refunds are at the discretion of All Season Property Services and depend on whether materials or scheduling commitments have been made. Seasonal service contracts (e.g., snow removal) may have separate cancellation terms outlined in their agreement.

6. Warranties & Liability

All Season Property Services warrants its workmanship against defects for a period specified in your contract. This warranty does not cover damage caused by natural events, improper maintenance by the property owner, or normal wear and tear. Our liability is limited to the value of the work performed. We carry comprehensive liability insurance; certificates are available upon request.

7. Property Access & Site Conditions

The property owner agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the work site, including disclosure of underground utilities, septic systems, and any known hazards. Unforeseen site conditions may require additional work and cost, which will be communicated before proceeding. All Season Property Services is not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities or undisclosed structures.

9. Governing Law
